this is fanart for =3 mint is one of his Monstahrs. everything he does is so cute!!! ive been meaning to do fan stuff for a while.

i really honestly didnt intend for him to look so much like the original, but i take it as a learning experience.

which i did learn alot!!! this image was done in illustrator, all with the pen tool. ive been in an illustrator class for a while, but this was my first chance to apply it like this. ^-^

actually, this piece is fro my class, its supposed to be an article for kids bout an octopus. 8D mint came to mind immediately. <3 also, thats why its so wide, its a 2 page article. for the sake of uploading on DA, i enlarged mint, but for the actual spread he'll be smaller.

well i hope you all like!!! it was alot of fun. =3 also, i plan on using this as my wallpaper now. XD gotta size it right though.

edit: arg, i also realized it saved smaller then i thought. *grumbles* ill fix that later.
